Job Description

The Design to Build Architect – Supply Chain & Manufacturing Solution Architect will lead and design integrated supply chain processes and drive supply chain and manufacturing transformation across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations.

The role will own end-to-end supply chain solution architecture across Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, and Logistics Execution. The architect will establish standardized business processes, drive fit-to-standard adoption, and ensure effective integration across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing solution architecture across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations.

  • Own solution architecture across Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, and Logistics Execution.

  • Design and govern production planning and manufacturing processes, including demand planning, MRP, capacity planning, shop floor execution, production orders, and scheduling.

  • Establish standardized supply chain and manufacturing business processes aligned with enterprise objectives.

  • Drive fit-to-standard adoption and minimize unnecessary process customization.

  • Lead inventory, warehouse, and material management architecture.

  • Define asset management, maintenance, and reliability solutions supporting manufacturing operations.

  • Drive integration across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics.

  • Evaluate end-to-end business requirements and translate them into scalable solution architectures.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and project leadership to ensure architectural alignment.

  • Support manufacturing digitalization initiatives involving automation, IoT, advanced planning, and predictive maintenance.

  • Identify integration dependencies, process gaps, and architectural risks across supply chain and manufacturing domains.

  • Provide architectural guidance throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and business readiness activities.

  • Promote scalable, standardized, and sustainable supply chain and manufacturing solutions.
