Job Description :

  • Techno-Functional Business Analyst (UKG Professional Services)
  • Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst to support multiple UKG implementation engagements.
  • This role combines business analysis, client coordination, and delivery oversight responsibilities, serving as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders, implementation consultants, offshore delivery teams, and project leadership.
  • The ideal candidate will drive requirement discovery, solution alignment, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination activities while ensuring successful execution across multiple customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement gathering, discovery workshops, and business process analysis sessions.
  • Document and manage functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate solutions and support successful delivery.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders across assigned engagements.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across multiple implementations.
  • Coordinate activities between clients, consultants, and offshore delivery teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Support testing, UAT, business sign-offs, and issue resolution activities.
  • Contribute to implementation planning, estimation, and governance activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, Delivery Coordination, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing customer-facing interactions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
  • Preferred Experience HCM domain experience, preferably in Workforce Management, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Payroll, or HR Technology implementations.
  • Experience with UKG Workforce Management solutions (Dimensions, Workforce Central, UKG Pro WFM, or UKG Ready).
  • Exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar HCM platforms.
  • Ability to balance business analysis responsibilities with client coordination and delivery oversight across multiple engagements.
