Direct Sales Manager | Wauwatosa, WI, United States | Hybrid This established leader in home security solutions is seeking a driven Sales Manager to guide and grow their team of Outside Sales Representatives. The role offers a dynamic blend of field leadership and office-based coaching, focusing on residential security and automation sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to make a significant impact within a supportive and expanding organization. The Role • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives selling home security and automation solutions. • Conduct daily office responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training new team members. • Manage leads, track sales performance, and implement strategies to control team attrition. • Spend approximately 70% of time in the field motivating the team, conducting ride-alongs, and ensuring personal sales targets are met. • Oversee daily office hours from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and field activities from 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm. What You'll Need • Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred. • Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams. • Proficiency in using technical devices such as laptops and tablets for sales activities. • Ability to travel within assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle. • A strong, results-oriented work ethic with a drive to succeed.
