Urgent Opening For iOS Lead Developer / IT Architect / Technical Lead

Role: iOS Lead Developer / IT Architect / Technical Lead 

Duration: 15-month contract that may extend
Location:  Hybris onsite 3 days a week in either San Antonio TX or Phoenix AZ
Schedule Monday – Friday

 

Summary:

Must have led and managed at least 3 to 5 mid to large-sized custom implementation projects Leads execution for a complex technical project. Oversees and leads a team of lead developers and senior developers Responsible for the overall monitoring and coordination of all the coding activities on the project Develops prototypes and evaluates alternate technical alternatives. Structures the technical work for a medium to high complexity project Has expert knowledge of IT architecture principles and collaborates with the architecture team in the design of systems and application programs Establishes and communicates technical goals and direction for team. Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff Possesses deep understanding of SDLC and application architecture concepts

• Active engagement in Agile Scrum ceremonies
• Successfully deliver complex work items in support of prioritized business features
• Able to interpret technical guidance and acceptance criteria to ensure work items delivered meet all requirements in line with team processes, coding standards, and non-functional requirements
• Follows established SDLC processes
• Executes work with no supervision required while making time to work collaboratively and supporting teammates to ensure team successfully completes all prioritized and committed objectives each PI
• Successfully delivered on time and on budget for all assigned work items
• Actively participates in Agile Scrum ceremonies and supports teammates
• Leads team in breaking down features into stories as required
• Plans work, identifies dependencies, and mitigates risks through thorough impact analysis
