Senior UX Research Program Manager

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience working in a similar capacity

Prior experience working with User Experience Research or Design Operations

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality

Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills

Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Track record of being detail-oriented, willing to wear multiple hats, demonstrating creativity, identifying areas for improvement and delivering results in a highly organized manner

Experience in problem-solving and resourcefulness with a detail-oriented approach and organizational skills

Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools (spreadsheets, calendaring, presentation, word processing)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the technology industry

Proficiency with research management tools and platforms

Background in user experience (UX) research or human-centered design
