Job Description
AARNet is seeking an Operations Centre Analyst to support our infrastructure, network and systems from Brisbane or Perth. You'll be the primary contact for customers, partners and suppliers, triaging incidents, changes and service requests while collaborating with teams.
The role requires at least 2 years in a Service Desk or NOC, solid knowledge of network switching/routing, ITSM experience, and excellent communication. A flexible five-day roster applies.
