Role:- Wi-Fi Architect

Location:- Philadelphia, PA (Onsite Only)

Experience Required: 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of Wi-Fi fundamentals and 802.11 protocols (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be)
• Collaborate with Product & Development teams to define technical and product requirements
• Drive Wi-Fi strategy, performance characterization, and engineering investigations
• Identify, reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve product defects
• Review architecture/design specifications and ensure testability & verification
• Support QA test methodologies and automation strategies
• Work with advanced Wi-Fi test automation frameworks and industry standards (IEEE, WFA, WBA, IETF)
• Perform root cause analysis and lead issue resolution efforts

Required Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi antennas, RF/frequency coordination, WLAN technologies, and IP protocols
• Moderate scripting knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Excellent communication skills
