Head of Automation Healthcare Software (f/m/d)

The Role • Shape and execute an AI-first strategy for digital service, collaborating with global leaders to transform operations. • Translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps for AI, automation, and digital service capabilities. • Design and implement globally scalable, digital operating models across all service channels. • Lead the development and deployment of agentic AI solutions to automate service processes. • Define and continuously improve KPI frameworks for service quality and automation. What You'll Need • Extensive leadership experience in senior roles, ideally in software/SaaS and preferably within healthcare or related sectors. • Degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field from a top-tier university. • Deep expertise in IT operations, service management, and hybrid infrastructures, with proficiency in machine learning, NLP, and agentic AI. • Mastery of key service management platforms and a KPI-driven approach to digital transformation. • Fluent German and English, strong analytical skills, a hands-on mentality, and a customer-first mindset.
