Job Description
We are currently seeking an Onboarding Consultant to join our dynamic team on a 12 month fixed-term basis. This pivotal role involves managing the onboarding process for new contractors, ensuring compliance with new legislation, and maintaining strong communication with both internal consultants and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process the on-boarding of new contractors efficiently and accurately
- Handle change requests and update records accordingly
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and communicate requirements to consultants and contractors
- Confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth on-boarding processes
- Utilise Excel for filtering data and applying basic formulas
- Operate internal systems such as TIfo and Bullhorn CRM effectively
- Adhere to new legislation regarding Right to Work checks for all workers from October
- Work from home for 1-2 days a week after initial training
Job Requirements:
- Experience in administrative roles with excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency with Excel, particularly in using filters and basic formulas
- Familiarity with in-house systems like TIfo and Bullhorn CRM is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey compliance requirements clearly
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in processing data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
