Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using modern software development frameworks and best practices.
2. Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture, and quality guidelines.
3. Collaborate with business, architecture, QA, and operations teams to design, validate, and implement scalable software solutions.
4. Support Agile delivery by participating in planning, technical reviews, proof of concepts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	8+ years of experience in software development with hands-on .NET development and technical leadership in enterprise application environments.
Technical Skills	.NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, IBM FileNet, Oracle Database, AWS, Amazon RDS, REST APIs, CI/CD
Business / Domain Skills	Agile Scrum, Technical Leadership, Solution Design, Software Architecture, Stakeholder Collaboration, Problem Solving
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Java development, AWS, SOAP services, Splunk, or ServiceNow.
2. Knowledge of enterprise application architecture, database optimization, and software development best practices.
3. Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical teams.
