Role Title: HCM Payroll Consultant

Job Description:

Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll processes and payroll setups.

Manage payroll elements, Fast Formulas, HDL uploads, and HCM Extracts.

Develop payroll reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.

Work with business users to gather requirements, test solutions, and resolve issues.

Provide payroll support, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
