Role Overview :

We need talents who have worked in payments domain covering Banking and Financial Services (BFS) sector. Talents from Health care and Telecommunication domain will not have the relevant payments and GPP implementation knowledge that is expected for this role. As these are client facing roles, talents with 3 4 years experience will struggle.

Must Have :

STRONG HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN GPP IMPLEMENTATION.

Strong & proven FGPP issue/case analysis: triage, recreation, trace analysis, DB and GUI usage.

Deep FGPP business and functional knowledge

Proven hands-on FGPP configuration experience (Profiles & Rules)

Customer-facing experience: leading technical calls.

Experience with FGPP from the last 3 years (FGPP 3.x)

Requirement :

Solid knowledge of PAYplus USA and/or GFX software.

Solves complex problems; exercises judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information (e.g. oversight of data aggregation, leadership of client implementation processes, etc.).

Works independently, receives minimal guidance.

May lead projects analytically, or aspects of a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives.

Impacts a range of client, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams typically has end to end accountability for assigned processes, products or programs.

Seasoned professional level at which career may stabilize for many years Functional Knowledge.
