Pega Business Analyst - Active SC, PEGA £505pd (Inside IR35) Primarily remote 3/6 months My client is seeking two Automation Business Analysts with strong Pega experience to support a workflow automation programme.

The role will focus on identifying automation opportunities, running discovery activities, engaging stakeholders and building a pipeline of use cases.

Key Requirements Proven Business Analyst experience within workflow automation programmes<br />Active SC Clearance<br />Strong Pega knowledge and experience with low-code platforms<br />Requirements gathering and business process analysis<br />Stakeholder engagement, workshops and discovery sessions<br />Feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analysis<br />Backlog management and prioritisation<br />Experience identifying automation and AI opportunities<br />Strong communication and stakeholder management skills<br />Nice to Have Experience with Power Platform and/or ServiceNow<br />Experience in large enterprise environments<br />Experience supporting digital transformation or automation initiativesHays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
