Manager, Software Engineering - Lead a team building platform products that other engineers depend on.

This role involves building a strong engineering organization, shaping the systems, standards, and delivery culture behind it. You will lead people, set technical direction, drive engineering quality, and establish operating rhythms to help teams deliver with confidence. You will build a culture where people can do great work without unnecessary process getting in the way, improving design, testing, deployment and production operations, guiding technical trade offs across architecture, APIs, cloud platforms and distributed systems, and aligning teams and regions for simpler, clearer delivery.

• Experience leading software engineering teams building and operating production systems.
• Track record of growing strong teams and lifting engineering standards.
• Sound technical judgment across modern software architecture, cloud platforms and delivery practices.
• Experience building platform products or shared services used by internal or external customers.
• Ability to work well across product, architecture, design, and engineering.
• Confidence leading in distributed, cross region environments.
• Appreciation for security, privacy, and quality in complex software environments.
