Job Description



Systems Administrator - Microsoft 365 & Azure Cloud


Location: Ramsey, MN (Onsite 3 days/week)


Employment Type: Direct Hire (W2 only - no 1099, C2C, or 3rd parties)



Overview


We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support and manage Microsoft 365 (including Teams Voice) and Azure cloud environments. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting servers, data storage, enterprise business applications, and computer systems to ensure maximum efficiency with minimal downtime.



Compensation



  • Salary Range: $88,000 - $105,000 annually

  • Eligible for an annual bonus (target payout based on company performance)


Key Responsibilities



  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 (including Teams Voice), Azure, and related cloud applications to ensure performance, reliability, and security

  • Monitor system health, alerts, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively

  • Manage user accounts, access controls, licensing, and security configurations

  • Perform backups, data recovery, and system maintenance activities

  • Support hybrid cloud/on-premises infrastructure integrations

  • Apply patches, updates, and system upgrades

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement system improvements

  • Develop and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online)

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and workflows

  • Maintain governance, documentation, and compliance standards

  • Support and lead cloud and infrastructure-related projects

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements


Required Qualifications



  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience

  • 3-4+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and desktop environments

  • 3-4+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or similar acceptable)

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, including Teams Voice

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 development tools (SharePoint Online, Power Platform)

  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system performance analysis skills

  • Experience with Windows Server (2012/2016) and Windows 10 environments

  • Experience managing user access, security, and system configurations

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests

  • Valid driver's license


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience providing direct end-user support in a corporate environment

  • Experience working with mobile network environments

  • Advanced Microsoft 365 / Power Platform development experience
