The Role • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs. • Build product displays and end caps to optimize product visibility and sales. • Manage product rotation and shelf resets to ensure product freshness and appeal. • Track inventory levels to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Engage with customers and store management to ensure a positive shopping experience. What You'll Need • Be 21 years of age or older. • Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. • Reliable transportation to and from various work locations. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Motivated self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
