You are a confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal, facilitation and relationship building skills, enabling you to engage effectively with community members, consumer representatives, government and non government organisations and internal stakeholders. You will need extensive experience preparing high quality reports, briefing papers, communication materials and presentations, as well as coordinating workshops, consultations and community forums that encourage collaboration, co design and shared decision making.

Highly organised and outcomes focused, you can successfully manage multiple projects, events and competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering quality outcomes within tight time frames. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, online survey platforms, digital collaboration tools and social media, using technology to enhance communication and broaden community engagement. You can quickly build knowledge of organisational priorities, policies and engagement frameworks and are committed to continuous improvement, consumer centred service delivery and culturally safe engagement practices.
