Required Skills and Education:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a voice engineer, with at least 2 years supporting cloud calling platforms
• Proficiency with Cisco Webex Calling administration through Control Hub, including location, user, and device management
• Experience configuring Cisco Contact Center - queues, routing, agent profiles, and call recording
• Knowledge of call flow design, IVRs, auto attendants, hunt groups, and call queues
• Strong understanding of cloud PSTN, SIP trunking, DID management, and carrier porting
• Familiarity with Cisco endpoint provisioning-desk phones, ATAs, and wireless handsets
• Knowledge of emergency calling regulations, HIPAA compliance, and call analytics
• Networking fundamentals related to voice quality, QoS, and SD-WAN
• Cisco Collaboration Certification and/or related certifications preferred

Additional Skills and Experience (Nice to Have):

• Experience with AI-assisted voice or agent tools
• Scripting skills using PowerShell or Python for API automation
• Background in healthcare with HIPAA knowledge
• Experience administering cloud fax platforms
• Remote environment support across large distributed footprints

Other Requirements:

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary vendor certifications
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and support escalations
