Java AWS Architect 

• Strong SME-level engineers with a hands-on and principal engineer mindset
• Proven experience in building secure, scalable platform services
• Deep knowledge of design patterns and best practices
• Extensive experience software development experience using Java 17 or higher and SpringBoot RESTful API development, along with TDD/BDD approaches
• Individuals with the right attitude—self-driven, ownership-oriented, and not just task executors
• Comfortable working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex
• Familiarity with spec-driven development practices
• Extensive experience deploying and maintaining software using public clouds such as AWS or Azure.
• Message streaming solutions, such as AWS Kinesis, AWS SQS, AWS SNS, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Apache ActiveMQ, Azure Event Hub.
• Datastores such as AWS Aurora, AWS RDS, AWS DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis.
• Deploying software using CI/CD tools such as Azure Devops, Jenkins, GoCD, etc.
• Working within an Agile framework (ideally Scrum)
