Security Service Engineer

Job Title - Security Service Engineer Location - Edinburgh/Glasgow Salary - £38,000 Overview<br />We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Service Engineer to join a leading security integrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems, as well as proven experience in service works and remedial works. Responsibilities<br />- Service, maintain, and repair access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems<br />- Perform service works including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues<br />- Conduct system testing and provide basic user training<br />- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide effective solutions<br />- Adhere to safety standards and company policies while on site<br />- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner Day-to-day<br />- Service and configure security systems at client sites<br />- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues<br />- Collaborate with clients to ensure their security needs are met<br />- Complete documentation for all service works<br />- Travel to various locations for on-site service and remidial works

• Call-out rate £250 per week
