Job Description

Lift Engineer Lift Service Engineer, Lift Service, Lift Maintenance, Lift Industry Woking, Surrey Basic Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience) Additional Earnings: Standby allowance, call-out payments, paid travel, paid overtime

Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Lift Service Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) to join a respected lift engineering company covering a dedicated West London service route. Commutable from: Woking, Frimley, Guildford, Weybridge, Walton-on-Thames, Twickenham, Sutton, Mitcham, Staines, Hayes, Aldershot, and West London areas. Key Responsibilities of a Lift Engineer: Carry out planned servicing and preventative maintenance across a dedicated portfolio of lifts throughout West London.<br />Complete routine inspections, identify defects, and carry out minor repairs to ensure equipment remains safe and reliable.<br />Diagnose faults during servicing visits and recommend appropriate repair work<br />Record service activities, defects, and parts requirements, using company systems.<br />Liaise professionally with customers, providing updates and maintaining excellent service standards.<br />Work safely, ensuring compliance with industry standards, company procedures, and health &amp; safety regulations. Requirements of a Lift Engineer: NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent) - Essential<br />Full UK driving licence - Essential<br />Previous experience servicing and maintaining lifts - Essential<br />Good working knowledge of a variety of lift manufacturers and control systems.<br />Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to work independently.<br />Able to manage a dedicated West London service route efficiently.
