Job Overview:

Pay Range: $43.02hr - $48.02hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Experience in tissue culture with mammalian cells.
• Experience in using automation platforms, such as Tecan, Hamilton, or Beckman Coulter.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, R, or Python.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and expand various cell lines, performing and troubleshooting cell-based assays, and optimizing protocols.
• Work with human whole blood and primary cells, including their isolation, culture, and use in downstream assays.
• Provide automation support and data analysis for high-throughput in-vitro assays using liquid handlers.
• Collaborate with other scientists and engineers to ensure and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the tissue culture and automation processes.

Nice to Have:

• At least one year of experience in tissue culture with mammalian cells preferred.
• Experience with automation platforms preferred.

Qualification And Education:
