HR Advisor
Location: Yoxford (Hybrid Working Available- 3days)
Contract: Fixed-Term Maternity Cover (Minimum 8 Months-12months)
Hours: 8:45am-5pm
Salary Package: 37,500pa (inclusive of car allowance)
An established and values-led organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its people team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practice.
- Support managers with employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.
- Assist with investigations and formal HR processes.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
- Coach and develop managers to build confidence in people management practices.
- Maintain HR records, systems and documentation.
- Coordinate leaver and exit processes.
- Support learning and development activities across the business.
- Produce HR reports and analyse people data to support decision-making.
About You
- Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.
- Strong employee relations knowledge.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence influencing and supporting managers at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
