Job Summary

• Join our team as an IT Support Specialist in Ontario, Canada. 
• This onsite contract position involves troubleshooting IT user support issues and processing support tickets, requiring experience with desktop, mobile, and network technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for IT support issues.
• Process and prioritize support tickets, routing them as necessary.
• Support desktop computers, tablets, printers, and mobile devices.
• Create and update technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Assist with the setup of new users across various applications.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 1-2 years of related experience, or high school diploma with 2-3 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in supporting Windows, mobile, and printing devices.
• Understanding of network basics, including cabling and IP addressing.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
