The Role

• Lead the engineering team in the design, development, and evolution of complex systems for DoD missions.
• Apply extensive knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) engineering to support evolving technological solutions.
• Conduct Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) analyses for DoD spectrum-dependent systems.
• Oversee the design and execution of comprehensive test plans for tactical radio systems, ensuring interoperability and security.
• Engage with modern tactical radio systems and waveforms, providing technical expertise.

What You'll Need

• 10+ years of experience in Radio Frequency (RF) engineering.
• 2+ years of experience with Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) analyses for DoD spectrum-dependent systems.
• Proven experience in leading the design and execution of test plans for tactical radio systems.
• Familiarity with modern tactical radio systems and relevant waveforms.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or electronics engineering.
