- Veeva Vault CTMS
- Veeva Payments
- CTMS integration with Contract Management systems
- CTMS integration with Financial/ERP systems
- Clinical Operations and Site Payment processes
- 3-5 years of relevant Veeva CTMS experience.
- Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end CTMS implementation or migration project.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial management workflows.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, or CRO organizations.
- Exposure to Veeva Vault ecosystem and GxP-regulated environments.
