Introduction
Acorn by Synergie, part of Synergie - Europe's fifth largest recruitment company, is recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join our successful Plymouth team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account management, customer success, or recruitment professional to manage and develop a key client account. You'll play a vital role in building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and supporting business growth in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts and key stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact, delivering a responsive and high-quality service.
- Develop a strong understanding of the client's business, workforce requirements, and future hiring plans.
- Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates into suitable roles.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring candidates are fully compliant and ready to start.
- Provide ongoing support to workers on assignment, acting as their first point of contact.
- Identify opportunities to improve service levels, increase engagement, and grow the account.
- Resolve client queries professionally, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, data protection requirements, and company processes.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting using CRM and ATS systems.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, customer success, client services, operations, recruitment, or a similar customer-focused role.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable analysing data and producing client reports.
- Experience within recruitment, workforce solutions, or staffing is advantageous but not essential.
