Title: Salesforce Tech Lead

Experience Required: 8–12 years

 Job description:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development with PD1 and PD2 certs
• Experience in Sales, Service and Experience cloud with hands-on development
• Experience in Visual Force Pages, Apex Classes, SQL, Triggers, Lightning, LWC
• Experience in third-party integrations
• Experience in data migration using Import wizard, Apex Data Loader, SFDC Administration, Flow Management and Configurations.
• Experience in Deployment via Workbench, Git (GitLab and GitHub), Jenkins, Gearset and Change set.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Engage in project planning, defining scope, timelines, and resources.
• Lead Salesforce solution design, including data models, workflows, and custom code.
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices.
• Mentor developers, promote knowledge sharing, and conduct code reviews.  Collaborate with business and project leaders to align development with project goals.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

The salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all U.S. locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Final compensation decisions will depend on the unique facts and circumstances of each candidate.
