This position is tailored for individuals who are passionate about customer service and the transportation field, ready to assist clients in navigating their travel and shipping needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to transportation services, including scheduling, pricing, and logistics.
• Handle booking requests, changes, and cancellations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth service experience for clients across various transportation sectors.
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate advice to customers.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the transportation or logistics industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer expectations.
• Familiarity with booking systems and logistics software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a customer-centric attitude.
