Job Description

Temporary Talent Coordinator, Salford based.

6-month duration (with strong possibility to extend)

31 hours per week, Hybrid working

13.45 per hour + holiday pay

Responsibilities as a Temporary Talent Coordinator.

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments.
  • Advertise vacancies across job boards and social media platforms.
  • Source, screen and shortlist candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Support offer management, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
  • Act as the main recruitment contact for hiring managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Maintain recruitment systems, applicant tracking records and candidate data.
  • Develop talent pipelines and support employer branding initiatives.
  • Produce recruitment reports, monitor hiring KPIs and identify process improvements.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with GDPR and employment legislation.

Essentials for the role as as a Temporary Talent Coordinator.

  • Min 2 years previous recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment coordination experience essential.
  • Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
  • Confident building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Experience using applicant tracking/HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
