Job Description
Must be ready for on call support which will involve weekend or off hours support.
This team handles the tier 1 support of the FEP Bridge Application which handles the claims processing.
This role involves mainly production support & monitoring task along with some incident management. This is monitoring ad operational role.
Day to day task:
Production support
Monitoring
Incident management
Documentation related to production support.
Handling issues and working / collaborating with different teams to resolve the issues.
Looking at batch jobs within Jenkins pipelines for any issues.
Making sure the PAV cycle is running correctly.
Finetune alerts.
Must have technical skills:
Must have 5-7 years of related experience.
Must have Healthcare claims experience.
Dynatrace for monitoring.
Jenkins or any similar tools.
SQL and Oracle querying experience.
Nice to have mainframe experience.
Must have 837 and 999 error experience.
Runs scripts and logs.
835 is nice to have.
