Senior HR Tech & Data AI Architect

Westpac Group in Sydney seeks an experienced Senior Architect to lead solution architecture across HR technology, workforce data and AI initiatives. You will partner with HR, CAC0 and technology leaders, shaping strategy, guiding investments and delivering production grade designs in a complex, highly regulated enterprise.

You'll manage a team of Solution Architects, influence architecture decisions, set technical standards and drive modernisation of core HR ecosystems, analytics and integration
