Job Description

Model-Based Systems Engineer | Arlington, VA, United States | On-site | $69,550.00 - $125,725.00 We're hiring on behalf of a leading technology company dedicated to making the world a safer place by supporting critical defense missions. The Role • Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools to develop system architectures for new development programs and integrate company capabilities into tested or fielded hardware. • Support technical teams in aligning solution architectures with customer requirements. • Create and maintain MBSE models using tools such as NoMagic CSM to represent emerging systems. • Capture, decompose, and trace system-level requirements. • Analyze, define, and refine system architectures and interfaces. • Develop system structure and behavior models. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, test engineering, or a related field. • US Citizenship is required. • Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS clearance. • Experience working in a Systems Integration Lab (SIL) environment. • Proficiency with SysML, preferably using Cameo/MagicDraw. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse discussions and group settings. • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
