Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Real Estate Leasing professional with 2-5 years of experience in office leasing, Co-Working Spaces, Managed Offices and Enterprise Office Solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong market understanding, excellent client relationship skills, developing strategic relationships with brokers, proven ability to drive leasing transactions from lead generation to closure and the ability to deliver customized workplace solutions for startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive leasing of commercial office spaces, co-working spaces, managed offices, and enterprise workplace solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, broker partnerships, and direct client outreach.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored workspace solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, IPCs, landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to showcase available office solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, lease terms, and deal closures.
- Manage the end-to-end leasing lifecycle, including proposals, documentation, lease execution, and handover.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lease execution and client onboarding.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, rental benchmarks, and demand patterns to identify opportunities.
- Maintain an active leasing pipeline and update CRM/MIS reports.
- Drive lease renewals, tenant retention, occupancy, and revenue targets.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in commercial real estate leasing and end-to-end leasing processes.
- Proven track record in tenant acquisition, lease negotiations and deal closures.
- Solid knowledge of lease documentation, commercial terms and contract management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business development and client relationship management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends, rental benchmarks, and leasing opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
