Staff Software Engineer - AI Platform Architect & Leader

Haast is building an enterprise-grade AI platform and is seeking a Staff Engineer to own end-to-end features, architect scalable systems, and drive both strategy and delivery. You will lead cross-functional efforts, mentor engineers, and shape the platform to support rapid, safe growth.

You'll work on a modern stack with Svelte and Python, and collaborate to surface insights, improve performance, and deliver robust web applications at scale.
