Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Business Data Analyst with strong expertise in Healthcare, SQL, Data Warehousing, and Data Modeling. This is a highly technical, techno-functional role where you'll work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, engineering teams, QA, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

The ideal candidate should be capable of bridging business and technology while driving end-to-end delivery of enterprise data initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct business discovery workshops with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Analyze complex healthcare data and business processes to identify solution opportunities.
• Create and maintain Technical Specifications, Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Product Design Documents (PDD), and System Technical Mapping (STM).
• Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Modelers, Data Engineers, QA, and Product teams throughout the SDLC.
• Support Data Modeling activities by validating business rules, relationships, and enterprise data structures.
• Act as the primary techno-functional liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for requirement clarification and project execution.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
• Drive issue resolution, stakeholder communication, backlog grooming, and end-to-end project delivery.

Mandatory Skills

• 12+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Data Analyst, or Technical Product Owner role.
• Healthcare domain experience is Mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Data Modeling (Logical & Physical Data Models).
• Advanced SQL expertise (Mandatory) including:
  • Basic to Advanced SQL Queries
  • Complex Joins
  • CTEs
  • Window Functions
  • Stored Procedures
  • Query Optimization & Performance Tuning
  • Data Validation & Data Analysis
• Experience creating Technical Specifications, FRDs, PDDs, and STM documentation.
• Experience working closely with Data Engineering and QA teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in enterprise Healthcare environments.
• Experience as a Technical Product Owner is a plus.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive complex data initiatives.
