Job Description (Point-wise)

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development and enterprise software architecture.
• Design and architect scalable, high-performance Microservices-based enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation for large-scale distributed systems.
• Develop secure, scalable, and reusable RESTful APIs and web services.
• Build cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Design and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive application modernization initiatives by migrating monolithic applications to Microservices architecture.
• Establish architecture standards, coding best practices, and software design principles across engineering teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices to enable automated deployments.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient and scalable data solutions.
• Mentor senior and junior developers while providing technical leadership and architectural guidance.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for enterprise applications.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, coding standards, and software governance policies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate in a fast-paced development environment.
