The Role • Manage incoming goods, including verification of identity, quantity, and condition. • Transport goods within the warehouse using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts. • Pick, pack, and control outbound shipments. • Oversee the accurate finalization of shipping documents and processes. • Prepare goods for delivery to couriers, service counters, and logistics partners. • Conduct inventory checks and reconciliation under guidance. • Process and handle customer returns and claims. What You'll Need • Experience in warehouse operations or a related field. • Forklift operator license is a plus, but can be acquired. • Ability to work in a structured and organized manner. • Proficiency in German for communication. • A willingness to perform physical tasks and a strong team-player attitude.
