The Role • Oversee the accurate and timely execution of monthly payroll for various entities, ensuring compliance with all legal, contractual, and internal regulations. • Manage employee working time and vacation records within the time tracking system. • Prepare employment contracts, references, and digitize employee records. • Advise employees and management on payroll, employment law, income tax, and social security matters. • Serve as the primary contact for health insurance providers, social security institutions, and authorities, handling all reporting and certification requirements. What You'll Need • Completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of experience in payroll or HR administration. • Strong knowledge of current employment, income tax, and social security legislation. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with HR management/payroll systems (SAP HCM or P&I Loga preferred). • High level of commitment, service orientation, initiative, and independent work ethic. • Excellent teamwork, reliability, and resilience, with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
