Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the global payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery
• Managing employee benefits programmes and ensuring they are compliant with local regulations
• Collaborating with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll and benefits processes
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of global payroll legislation and regulations
• Developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures
• Serving as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits-related inquiries
• Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality within payroll and benefits systems

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in payroll management, preferably on a global scale
• Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices
• Experience in the fintech or technology sectors is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency with payroll software and HR systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, business administration, or a related field
