The Role • Ensure a well-maintained store and a positive shopping experience for customers in collaboration with team members. • Actively participate in stocking shelves, attractive product presentation, baking, and operating modern checkout systems. • Support the Scan&Go zone by ensuring its functionality, encouraging customer adoption, and providing assistance for a seamless experience. • Assist the store manager with operational tasks, including shift leadership, task coordination, and implementing store concepts. • Undertake essential duties such as warehousing, cleaning, and inventory management. What You'll Need • Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, with a preference for prior leadership experience (e.g., shift supervision). • A strong team player with a high sense of responsibility, passionate about engaging and motivating others. • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, adapting readily to diverse and changing responsibilities. • Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts in coordination with management.
