We are seeking a skilled and proactive Infrastructure & Systems Administrator professional to support the company’s corporate and classified information systems.

This role provides a combination of Tier II/III technical support and systems administration responsibilities, with approximately 70% focused on corporate IT and help desk support and 30% supporting systems administration and classified environments. Westway advances the national security mission by providing a cost-effective solution that enables the efficient provision of technology and expertise to the intelligence community by both large and small enterprises. 🎯 What You’ll Do • Provide Tier II/III technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and account issues • Support and maintain systems in alignment with NIST and CMMC Level 1 and Level 2 requirements • Perform system administration tasks such as patch management, software deployments, system monitoring, and data transfers • Manage user accounts, seat assignments, access requests, and permissions • Perform system patching, hardening, vulnerability remediation, and security updates • Assist with CMMC documentation, policy implementation, audit preparation, and compliance activities • Maintain accurate technical and security documentation • Provide operational support and backfill coverage as needed 🧠 What You’ll Bring • Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent combination of education & experience) • 3+ years of system administration or help desk operations experience in a secure environment • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking fundamentals • CompTIA Security+, or other IT-related certifications • Familiarity with SCCM, WSUS, or similar enterprise management tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills 🔐 Security Requirements • Must be a U.S.
