IAM Engineer

Adoption Software Engineer and help deliver a modern Digital Platform capability, creating customer-focused solutions that support the transformation of our digital estate.

Working within a Product Operating Model, you will collaborate with business and technology teams to design and deliver solutions using Java, BDD, and AWS, while supporting the adoption of new technologies across the organisation.

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Experience with permissions, Policy as Code, and access control models including RBAC, ABAC, and ReBAC
• Extensive Java development skills, BDD experience, and knowledge of AWS
• Understanding of authentication, authorisation, IAM, and related identity solutions

Some other highly desirable skills include:

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to challenge existing approaches and influence change
• Experience with Ping Identity technologies, including PingGateway, PingAM, PingIDM, and PingDS
