About the Opportunity Own the delivery of multiple concurrent projects within the ERP transformation program. Define project priorities, objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Develop and manage project plans, communications, tasks, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables. Provide transparent and timely reporting of project status, risks, issues, and financials. Lead and manage project teams and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle, adapting to resource constraints and shifting priorities.

Facilitate daily stand?ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as part of Agile delivery. Coach teams in Agile/Scrum principles and foster an agile mindset across the program. Coordinate cross?project and cross?functional activities to resolve issues, assess progress, and ensure program health. Determine critical paths and implement mitigation plans. Plan and lead quality assurance and performance review sessions (stage gates). Lead change management and transition projects into business?as?usual operations. Travel within North America will be required.

About You University degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2) required. Change Management certification (CCMP, CM2) is an asset. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred. 10+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise?wide ERP and related technology implementations, preferably in manufacturing. 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager leading Agile teams.

Experience with multiple delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe), with emphasis on agile and iterative value creation. Strong stakeholder engagement and cross?functional collaboration skills, with a high sense of urgency. Ability to oversee multiple projects within a complex portfolio, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution. Demonstrated change leadership, creativity, and determination to drive successful outcomes. Experience with CRM, ERP, MES, Supply Chain, and Financial Systems. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance is an asset.
