Customer Solutions Engineer - Networking & Security

Macquarie Telecom is seeking a hands-on Customer Solutions Engineer for its Telecom Service Delivery team. You will design and deliver customer solutions across networking, SD-WAN, voice, security and data services, spanning post-sales to operational handover.

You will work closely with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure high standards and exceptional experiences throughout the project lifecycle. Strong technical leadership and collaboration are essential.
