Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reser's Fine Foods, Inc., a leading prepared foods manufacturer, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit top talent for production, operations, and corporate roles. You will manage full-cycle recruiting-from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and offers-while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs. In our family-founded, safety-focused culture, you'll support employer branding, job fairs, and onboarding, helping build a diverse, engaged team that powers our quality food operations across North America.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, and industry channels
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate onsite interviews
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruitment metrics
• Support employer branding and participation in job fairs and hiring events
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Collaborate with HR team on onboarding and workforce planning
