Job Description

Position Title: Program Manager
Period of Performance: 320 Hours
Schedule: Onsite work 5 days per week
Location: 2401 Mill Road, Alexandria, VA 22314. 
 
Candidate must have extensive experience in Procurement and Supply Management. The candidate’s experience shall show that they not only excel at stakeholder/vendor management, but have a mastery of the procurement and supply field as well. They should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience.

Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years'''' experience at a Project Director level, coupled with 8 years of project management experience related to engagements with the public and/or private sector or Federal, State, or Local government.
  • End-to-end project lifecycle experience utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with applied knowledge is mandatory.
  • Experience with government or public sector finance is preferred.

  • Strong command of project management standards and controls.
  • Executive-level stakeholder management and influence.
  • Program governance, risk, and escalation management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Strategic planning and prioritization under tight timelines.

Education
  • Bachelor''''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
