The Role • Act as the primary deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow operations and leading team members in partial responsibility. • Ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience, fostering high levels of customer satisfaction. • Handle a variety of tasks within the sales floor and stockroom, contributing to smooth daily operations. • Manage incoming goods, including quality checks, stocking displays, and verifying expiration dates. • Maintain freshness and availability of produce and baked goods, refilling as needed and ensuring quality. • Perform cashier duties and assist with inventory management and cleaning tasks. What You'll Need • A strong work ethic and a drive to contribute positively to a high-performing team. • Completed vocational training in retail, or relevant experience in retail or a related field. • Friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction. • Eagerness to diligently and enthusiastically contribute to operational tasks. • Flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, and some leadership experience. • Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication with customers.
