The Role • Provide continuous improvement of processes to increase plant availability and productivity. • Manage and execute projects within the maintenance department. • Oversee, maintain, repair, and monitor all operational technical equipment, machinery, devices, and plants. • Conduct regular inspection tasks and perform troubleshooting and fault correction. • Participate in necessary conversions and expansions of production facilities. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrician, or a comparable technical qualification. • Professional experience in manufacturing environments. • Familiarity with process technology and PLC control systems. • Basic knowledge of Excel and Word. • Quick comprehension skills, teamwork ability, and a high level of commitment and resilience. • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
