Job Description

We are looking for a Lead/Principal Transport Economist (Economics and Business Case) to join our team. This role will be based at our Atkins Realis office in Bangalore/Gurgaon, India.


How will you contribute to the team?


Essential requirements -

Appropriate academic and professional qualifications (Bachelor's Degree with Master's degree in transport economics)

Working experience (10 to 15 years) in Transport Appraisal software like TUBA, COBALT, AMAT, WITA and other bespoke spreadsheet assessments.

Experience and knowledge of Transport Economic concepts and guidance.

Knowledge of the technical transport planning environment

Strong numerate and analytical abilities, including a high degree of competence in MS Excel

Experience in programming skills like Python, PowerBI, Excel-VBA and R.

Able to write a quality technical report

Ability to work in a team as part of a wider project

Good written communication skills

Be able to work individually.

Be able to delegate the tasks
